I am a sales organization adviser, sales team developer, certified sales and sales management coach, speaker, and author.
My personal mission has always been to answer that critical all encompassing question;

Too many recommended answers are quick fixes that don’t end up fixing anything, in fact often make the problem worse.
I look at the challenges holistically to determine root cause issues that lead to under performance.
I have been a sales rep selling on the streets. I’ve led sales, inside sales, sales support and marketing in large, medium, small and start up companies, selling to large enterprise accounts, medium and small businesses.
My most recent projects have been sales planning, sales process development including prospecting best practices, sales conversation coaching, sales development rep definition and hiring, funnel accountability.
My key areas of success have been to produce lower sales turnover, high sales engagement, improved sales process, and increased sales productivity.
I am a fully certified sales skills coach and business coach.
I regularly speak on the topic of sales organization performance at various events and CEO groups (ie; TEC and The CEO Global Network)
My current clients are a mix of CEO’s, Founders, and Sales Leaders in the small to mid sized B2B space.
I currently live in Toronto, I have two beautiful daughters Tasha and Jazmin, and have been married to my wife Michele for over 30 years now. Sports and fitness are important to me (fanatical Green Bay Packers Fan). Enjoy reading and music, dabble in playing the guitar, love the outdoors and seeing new places.
I also spend time giving back, I currently volunteer at a Distress Center taking in calls for those who need support, are in crisis or distress, need immediate emergency help, or who are simply lonesome and need someone to talk to.
